Vasiliki Bouri despite being modest and unpretentious in life, created a unique and impressive amount of art consisting of paintings, engravings, drawings, hagiography and more, always in her original and characteristic way. She was officially mentioned at the official History of the Hellenic Nation (2nd half of the 20th Century tome) for her contribution to the Greek art. At the time of publishing she was the only artist alive out of the 5 mentions.

Her work is currently being held by her two offspring, Georgios and Eleni.
